Grown by the dedicated farmers of the JUMARP Cooperative, Mystic Amazonas embodies the spirit of ethical coffee production. Founded in 2003, the coop now unites 189 members, including 40 women, in their shared mission of sustainability and excellence.

  • Whole Bean:
    Preserve maximum freshness and aroma. Ideal for those who enjoy grinding their coffee at home for espresso, French Press, or Pour Over.
    Recommended tools: Manual or electric coffee grinders.

  • Drip Ground:
    A medium grind that ensures balanced extraction and smooth flavors, perfect for automatic drip coffee makers and pour-over methods like Chemex and Hario V60.
    Recommended tools: Drip coffee makers, Chemex, Hario V60.

  • Fine Ground:
    A fine grind for a bold, rich experience. Perfect for espresso machines, Moka pots, and authentic Turkish coffee brewed in a cezve (ibrik).

Recommended Ratios

  • Whole Bean/Drip Ground: Use 2 tablespoons (10g) per 6oz (180ml) of water.
  • Fine Ground: Use 1 heaping teaspoon (5g) per 3oz (90ml) of water; simmer gently without boiling.
